U.S. History I - Periods 2, 5, and 6: 
Essential Question:
-Does our state government or federal government have a greater impact in our lives?
-Do separation of powers and checks and balances make our government work too slowly?
-Was George Washington a good president?
-Why was John Adam's so strongly disliked?
-To what extend did Thomas Jefferson live up to his ideals and beliefs?
