U.S. History I - Periods 1, 5, and 6: 
Essential Questions:
-What do we want from Government?
-Does our state government or federal government have more of an impact in our lives?
-Does the system of checks and balances provide us with an effective and efficient government? 
-Is a strong federal system the most effective government for the United States? Which level of government, federal or state, can best solve our nation's problems?

Homework:
1. Here is your RUBRIC for your DBQ ESSAY.

2. Your FINAL DRAFT is due Friday, December 19th at the beginning of class in PAPER FORMAT with the below requirements:

A. An original title

B. At least 5 Documents used to support your thesis from the DBQ - Great Depression and FDR effectiveness

C. Typed out, 12 point point, double-spaced, Times New Roman Font, and regular 1 inch margins.

D. Five Full paragraphs (A minimum of 6 developed sentences).

International Studies - Period 2

1. Your MAJOR End-of-the-Year Project is Global Security in the 21st Century. Please read, discuss as class, and write down any questions you may have. We will discuss tomorrow and get started in the Library later this week after we watch the movie below.

2. Please pick a topic, fill out the subject sheet, and then create a folder in our class SHARED Folder.

Once your topic has been picked, please create a Folder IN OUR CLASS SHARED FOLDER.  Please back up all your files just in case someone like Josh or Brendan delete our class folder :)
